Eligibility:

  1. The affiliate programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, and businesses.
  2. Affiliates must possess a valid website, social media platform or network to participate.

Application Process:

  1. Prospective affiliates interested in joining the affiliate programme must contact Next Biosciences and complete an application form .
  2. Prospective affiliates will be required to successfully complete the necessary training course/s and achieve a certain pass rate upon completing of a questionnaire.
  3. Upon successful completion, affiliates will be onboarded to the Next Biosciences Affiliate programme.
  4. Next Biosciences reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion. Next Biosciences utilises the affiliate marketing platform, Refersion, to track referral commission.
  5. Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate ID and gain access to promotional materials.
  6. Only registrations that utilise the affiliates unique referral link will qualify for referral commission. Registrations that do not utilise the link cannot be tracked and, therefore, do not qualify.

Commissions and Payments:

  1. Affiliates will receive a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate ID.
  2. The Commission is a set amount per product/service and per sale. Next Biosciences reserves the right to revise the amount per product at its discretion.
  3. Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
  4. Commission payments will be processed via bank transfer.

Promotion Guidelines:

  1. Affiliates are permitted to promote Next Biosciences’ products/services through their website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and WhatsApp.
  2. Affiliates must refrain from engaging in spamming, false advertising, or any other unethical or illegal marketing practices.
  3. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Brand Usage:

  1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Next Biosciences trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the company’s products/services.
  2. Affiliates must not modify or alter Next Biosciences trademarks or promotional materials without obtaining prior written consent.

Disclosure Requirements:

  1. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Next Biosciences products/services, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed in close proximity to any affiliate links or endorsements.

Termination:

  1. Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
  2. Next Biosciences reserves the right to terminate the contract for any breach of the contract or unsatisfactory performance.
  3. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer be eligible for commissions on referred sales.

Intellectual Property:

  1. Any intellectual property created or provided by the affiliate during the course of the affiliate relationship shall remain the property of the affiliate.
  2. Affiliates grant Next Biosciences a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting our company’s products/services.

Liability and Indemnification:

  1. Affiliates participate in the affiliate programme at their own risk.
  2. Affiliates shall indemnify and hold Next Biosciences harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the programme or their promotional activities.

Modifications:

  1. Next Biosciences reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. Affiliates will be notified of any modifications, and their continued participation in the programme will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

Dispute Resolution:

  1. Any disputes arising from or related to the affiliate agreement shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
  2. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any disputes amicably.

By applying to become an affiliate and participating in our programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
