How we handle Complaints
We follow a transparent and respectful process to ensure your concern is addressed:

We will confirm receipt of your complaint within two working days.
Your concern will be reviewed by the relevant manager or department.
We aim to provide an outcome within 7-10 working days, depending on the nature of the complaint - keeping you informed throughout.
Where appropriate, we will follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
