PGT-A is available to any patient, but is typically prescribed for^1,2:

• Couples where the female patient is of advanced maternal age (35 years or older)
• Patients who have experienced recurrent pregnancy losses both naturally and/or through IVF
• Patients who have experienced recurrent implantation failure
• Couples where severe male factor infertility has been identified

The published benefits of PGT-A include^1-5:

• Increased pregnancy rates per transfer
• Reduced time between IVF cycles and, therefore, overall time to pregnancy
• Reduced miscarriage rates^3,4
• Increased confidence in single embryo transfers, avoiding the associated risks with multiple birth pregnancies
